I had to take my prius in for a recall fix at the the Toyota dealership. While the recall was being fixed the dealership called to let me know my rotors had worn down and needed to be replaced. This replacement was going to cost over $600. I had my suspicions, so I took my car into 5 star and asked them to give me a second opinion. Upon inspection 5 star told me that the rotors were in good shape and should last another 15-20,000 miles. They even showed me a rotor model as well as showed me how my own rotors were in good shape.

I recently took my car here for a state inspection. Unfortunately my car failed due to a deteriorating E-brake. The inspector who inspected my car was very cordial and respectful, answering my questions and even offering to show me the issue with the E-brake. The front desk staff that I worked with was also exceptional and kind. I am very impressed with their service. They were able to diagnose and repair my car in less than 48 hours. I also researched the repair to my E-brake and determined that they offered their services at a very fair price. My service even came with a free car wash and interior detail. I will definitely bring my vehicle here again. Truly exceptional service is offered at this location.
